LONG CRANK WHEN WARM, HELP!!!!

I have a 2001 F350, when truck is warm its hard to start, oil changed 2days ago, and idle is somewhat rough often drops to 450-500rpm and jumps back up, replaced pedistal Orings today and the turbo, intake and intercooler pipes where soaked with oil

well they're gonna be soaked with oil thanks to your ccv, thats why mine doesnt vent into the intake anymore, screw that mess.
replaced the turbo or just orings???

just orings, thinking of swapping a 12valve in so didnt get new turbo till I make up my mind wat I want to do, but this idle/not wanting to start is driving me nuts!!
