OBS oil/coolant help

What temperatures should i see at operating temperature for oil??

I am seeing 170* on the freeway on my daily tune!

well a little follow up on this:

Replaced the tstat today and gained about 10* in the oil department. My water temp gauge actually reads "normal" now, where before it was a hair below normal.

So something was up with my old tstat and i can't wait to see if i've gained any MPG's but changing this out
