7.3 powerstroke will no start

so i have a 1999 f350 2wd that just up a quit on me. the fule pump is not truning on but i can appy power to it and make the pump run but even with that it will not start. no blown fuses and put new relays and inertia switch and still nothing

Double check your fuses. Sometimes the fuel bowl heater will short out and blow the fuse and that fuse also controls the PCM.

checked all the fuses and all are good i can get it to start and run if i hot wire the fule pump and start it with wd but as soon as i shut it off i can not get it to refire with out useing wd40 and still no power to the pump
