Exaust back pressure sensor??? 6.0

Can someone tell me the symptoms of a bad exaust back pressure sensor. Supposely my 6.0 has stumped every diesel tech in massachusetts. My truck has a p0402 code which is an egr. Replaced egr completly cleaned intaker egr cooler and turbo. Im also still having long crank time. And fors told me my check engine light is due to my straight piped exaust. So the only thing i could think of is my exaust back pressure sensor is bad and causing my cei light

You need to find another tech! Diesels don't need back pressure and for that matter any other engine with a turbo. I have never heard of an exhaust backpressure sensor for a 6.0, now the 7.3's have one IIRC I have a stright piped exhaust and I know for a fact they are full of crap! Long starts could be a couple of things, fuel pressure, glow plugs and relay, FICM, IPR but not backpressure or egr unless you have white smoke that is. A real Master Tech will be along soon so here is a to keep this active

Thanks i did google the ebp sensor and 6.0s do have them under the master cyclinder abd i heard that they may cause long crank times i just dont know for sure. I got a new ficm with the latest reflash and ford tested all glow plugs and glow plug relay . It has to be a stupid sensor causing this but im guessing its outsmarted not 1 not 2 but 3 ford diesel dealers
