911 - battery saver relay prob - no start

2000 Excursion 7.3 Auto. Need help with info on battery saver relay issue. The relay keeps kicking leaving me with no power to my vehicle. Also the interior lamp relay is also kicking. I have no power to anything besides cig plugs, theft light, abs light, OD switch, and amp light....

Info of the truck would be nice, year, model, engine. Can you supply this info so we may give you most accurate info on how to repair the problem.
