Which Glow plugs to buy and where??

Hey everyone im new here and very excited. I love forums and learn allot from them, plus there a great place to spend the day. lol. So my 97 7.3l is do for glow plugs. I hear motocraft is the only way to go and to throw on a stancor relay to. Any opinions? The guy i bout the pick up from said he goes throught them every year and a half or so. I assume this is because his gp relay is toast? Im just wondering what the best gp's are and where to buy them. Thanks.

I use motorcraft GP and also change out the relay to the stancor, as you said. That should make the GP last a lot longer.

Go with motorcraft. You should be able to get them at your local parts store for around 10-13 dollars a peice. The dealership is about twice the price. Good luck on the change.
