Truck just died while driving... please help

I was driving back from jewel yestorday with flowers for my gf and my truck just died, check engine light came on stating water in fuel, first thing i did was pulled over to the side. I grabbed the manual and the second thing i did was drained the water from the bowl. I tried starting the truck again and it wont start. No check engine lights are on now. What should i do? 99 Ford F350 266k Miles

What kind of truck do you have??? Year, model, engine, mods....can't help diagnose it without knowing what it is

Did you cycle the key a few times to purge the air from the fuel lines?
