'03 6.0 no fire

I have a 2003 F-250 with a 6.0 and 5R110. I have been using the hypertech econ tuner for better economy. This evening I was attempting to reprogram my truck (I do NOT tow with the economy program). I had been driving the truck all day with no problem, the programmer said that everything had been installed correctly, but now it wont start.

So then I went back to the factory setting and still no start... now I could use some advice as to what to look at next. Yes there is a full tank of diesel fuel in the fuel tank (not gasoline) and the fuel pump fuse is good.

The only truck large enough to tow this thing home has a big block in it... what a shame
