Does this sound like failed CPS?

Hey everyone, I have a 2000 7.3 auto that will not start. First off about 2 weeks ago it died on me while pulling out of a friends place it sort of chugged to stop and was a little hard to start. Now a week ago it did the same thing pulling out of my driveway nearly died but it was just chugging while up the street and i pulled in front of my place and shut her down. Now she won't start. Has fuel, oil, battery all that looks good. Any ideas???

Thanks,
Jered
