Turbo/intake hose HELP!!!!!

I had the rubber hose/tube replaced to the turbo/intake and has worked great, BUT now it keeps blowing off the rubber tube to that aluminum pipe!
I have towed my tripple axle 5th wheel twice with no problem. I was towing a small box trailer and every time i would climb a hill....Boom!!! pop's off. Flat land would be ok. a 2 hour trip took me 6.5 hours!! Someone told me the clamps where poor design? This whole set-up is terrible in my eyes. What is your suggestion or cure? I have no chip or guages added, all stock.

You've got to be sure there is No OIL on the boot or tube (engine oil collects there from the CrankCaseVent). Wipe it all down with acetone and the "ol' timers" would spray AquaNet hair spray to make it stick (shouldn't be necessary...)

If it's Clean, Dry, and Tight, it shouldn't blow off......

I just wanted to say thanks for the help, everything has been fine. Some people like myself get on these forums and others for help and dont return often. Just wanted to drop a thanks and I will not disappear!!!

My next question will be "California Smog" WTF?! I will find the right place to ask this.
