need help for repairs

okay so I bent and broke 2 push rods on #2 . the lifters came out of the bore . so now the head needs to come off the problem im having is I cant find a place in this area that will do the work and not rip me off . . the one dealer wants over 3k just to pull 1 head and replace the lifters the push rods and the head work.. come on i.. so does any one know of a decent shop in the binghamton , oneonta are a of NY that works on these trucks. its days like this i wish i had a bigger garage ...help help help
