6.0 losing coolant

I have a 04 250 with 80k and no mods motor started surging above 2000rpm couldnt feel it just heard it . it is now losing coolant and makes huge white cloud when cold there is no water in the oil or oil in the water. but water runs out the exhaust mixed with a little oil on very cold starts have been told it could be head gasget or egr cooler help and suggestions would be greatly appriciated

Yes it could be head gasket or egr cooler. Need to take it in to have it checked out.

I was having the same problem with my 2005 F250 at 83K miles I had EGR cooler replaced and oil cooler replaced and it fixed the problem.
