Can/Should I do this tomorrow?

I have an 05 F250 4x4 with a bad injector. Recently had ARP Head Studs, rebuilt turbo, one injector replaced a tuner installed and misc other parts. I have to make a round trip of 600 miles (95% interstate) leaving tomorrow morning (01/01/10).
The injector is hit and miss, it seems to be the worst when i am at highway speeds around 1800 rpm. I have been told I could drive it with one bad injector, but need to know what the chances of doing costly damage going this far would be?

i have the 04 and i ran howes in it that cleard the prblem up and it hasn't acted up again and that was in the summer that i had the same problem.

I'd say pull the valve cover and check the connections on the injectors. Ya better get to it , its 8:15
