Fuel pump not getting power

F250 - 2002 Can not get power to fuel pump. Bank of relays under hood, dealer does not have information on them. Where does the pump get power from? I have been down for 2 days, got to get it running. Anything will help.

no there 4 small bolts that hold the cup holder in, 2 that hold what that thing is below that 2 in the bottom of the panel. then you have to pull on the trim the radio mounts 2 an there will be 2 bolts under that then it just pulls out. i can get a pic if you need it mine is apart right now

That would be great! I went and ordered a new relay from the local parts store, since I had it apart. I am hoping it is not the PCM, I am having problem with the GPR not getting ground from the PCM, I ended up installing a momentary switch to ground it out to make the GPR work, but can not get fuel to the filter bowl, fuel pump wont run.

I pulled the front face panel on my 02 off, no relays behind the radio area, still have some relays under the hood that no one can tell me what they are for. Looks like the PCM is back behind the radio, but not sure.

Well that sounded stupid, found a relay box with (1) relay behind the radio in a wiring harness. There are (2) slots but only (1) relay, will replace it and see what happens. How do you test the PCM? Found it where it should be, by the parking brake.

Still no go, changed the relays, nothing at the pump, went direct to the pump, no problem there, pumped great. But nothing when the key is on or turning over. I am out of ideas, anyone please chime in. Need help!

I'm guessing that you checked the fuses.
