04 dies but restarts

my 04 6.0 just recently started dying but restarts back up. it used to do it once in a while but now it does it all the time. when it dies it just goes completely out. i was going to get the sct livewire flash. will it be able to give me error codes to diagnose whether it is ficm, pcm, or an injector problem. im not taking it to the dealer. it is out of warranty and im tired ofthem screwing me over. no offense on you techs here i highly respect your takes, and i listen and follow all you guys say. if you guyswere at the dealership i would have no problems dropping it off. i have no mods, 70k miles, and change oil and fuel filters every 3k. stummped

Does it die like the key turned off. Or does it stutter to death?

just like you turned off the key. but it alway starts right back up for another min. exactly then dies but always starts up

i uploaded the custom tune i had in it and uploaded the stock tune for the truck. disconnected both batteries, charged them both then started it up. after 15 min it dies. still pulling code P0603. batteries seem to be draning really fast. IAT sensor on top of intake does not give a reading on monitor. when i wgglethe wiring harness there it starts the reading jumping around. really could use a tech's help if someone has time. think ill bring the batteries back to where i bought them 6 months ago and have them load checked. 1000 cranking amp batteries, 6 months old, 2 month old alternator.
