06 E-450 Wont start on its own

I have a conversion bus that wont start with out the help of ether. Ans when it does run it runs very rough and only with lots of throttle. I am a Porsche tech by trade and am actually Factory trained on the Ford 6.0 but its only classroom knowledge no real experience on the 6.0. Only fault is U0306 which i have found was normal if the truck has been flashed. any help or pointers would be great.

Have you checked fuel pressure? Have you checked oil level? If fuel pressure is down or oil level is down the can will not run right. If everything checks out you may have a bad HPOP.
