no gauges and no gas petal
99 f450 7.3 powerstroke. I went to start my truck this morning after beening pluged up for 3 hours,it started right up,but none of gauges worked and the foot feed did nothing. After 15 minutes everything started working,worked fine all day.What was this?

Was it wet out, im guessing water on electric somewhere. Or possible some electric part going up
