1996 f350 7.3 dead

i have a 96 f350 7.3l it popped a p0340 code and started running really rough it would not pull a hill if it didn't have a run at it i replaced the cps and fuel filter. still the truck wouldn't start so i checked the fuel pressue it would fluxuate greatly between 25 and 50 psi while cranking and bleed off pretty quickly after stopping so i replaced the pump still the same. now i am getting a off and on p1280 or a p1111 code and the truck still wont start . any ideas would be great.

p1280 is a code for the ICP. If the pressure drops too far below 50psi. the truck will not run. If you can't find any leaks in the fuel system check the return regulator on the side of the fuel bowl.
