Cool cold starting and high idle

99 f350
4 inch exhaust gauges and programmer afe stage 2 intake
the truck starts fine on these bitter cold morning i let it warm up on high idle for about 10 min ince i start to drive it sputters stumbles and dies restarts easy but continues to sputter and stumble then it will clean out anout another mile down the road it happens again it does this about 3 times then runs just fine
cps has been replaced
fuel pump been replaced fuel filter been replaced
any ideas?
almost acts like it gets flooded

i would check fuel pressure, cuz it doesn't take very much fuel pressure to start or idle, but to move down the road it does.

while looking at my fuel bowl i noticed i have fuel leaking from the o ring that seals the fuel filter its not a spray but it does leak could that be the problem
