kinda stuck

here are the new codes on AE, weird thing is the SES won't go out unless u do the KOEO test which throws the codes P1280, P0705 & P1139. I have a ICP to put in the 705 is no biggie I found a way to adjust that on the AE & I do have a new fuel filter, so hopefully that will stop those the ones below have me a bit puzzled, as does the SES not clearing or even showing on the AE.
THe other issue is the 4x4 light is out again & when you turn key on, the buzzing is going on & on & on.
batts are dieing, but that may be I left the truck & went on a short vacation after my harness. So they are on trickle while I post this. It does fire up & run, but I just left town, so I guess I better get back to it so I can actually drive this thing at some point this yearthe 2 bold ones are the ones that puzzle me.
ANyone have a clue??/

I did find a mechanic, seems good, but just got back so I haven't called to see how much a flash of the pcm would be, as I'm thinking its that, the GEM again, or possibly I need a diff fuse panel....................
I always worried that the ses wouln;t come on, now it won't go away.
