free revving, then back into gear and bucking.....

I have had some serious issues with my tranny lately. At SSS, I twisted my stock input shaft, and my shift solenoid pack went out. I had Scott replace these parts, and he found some burnt clutches in there also and replaced them as well.

It has been driving better, shifting better than it was before.
Mind you, it has a custom TC, and Extra HD clutches in it that Scott replaced this past March.

It was driving great today, until it feels like it revs up just for a split second and then back into gear it goes. only around 1500 rpms, at about 1/2 throttle in Drive or OD. kinda like its gear hunting but it never switches, just free revs for a 1/2 second, then back into normal driving mode.
Doesnt do it all the time, just some of the time. Doesnt matter what setting I have the chip in either.

THEN, for a few minutes, when I would let off the throttle, it would buck and jerk pretty wildly. When i hit the brake, the truck would continue pushing forward, as if I still had my foot on the accelerator. did it sporadically, then I switched settings on the chip, and it quit, and never did it again. I was thinking speed sensor stuck, but it was in town driving, not with the cruise on.

Any ideas???
