2000 PSD 7.3 Ran out of oil...

Yeah I know, I'm an idiot. Ran the truck for about two weeks after the injectors were done, and today I made it about six blocks before the truck just wouldn't go, and acted like it was fuel starved. Pulled it home, nothing on the stick, drained about three quarts from the pan... aside from the obvious oil leak that I have to track down, Anybody happen to know the likelyhood of major damage? It never knocked, just kinda starved out and shut down. I have not pulled anything off yet. If I reseal injectors is there any hope?

The 7.3 shuts down when it's out of oil. So you might be ok.
