'97 7.3L PSD head gasket leak???

ok heres a question i was cleaning the seats out for my injectors useing a .22 cal rifle bore soft swab and i ran it down the hole where the injector tip goes in and and when i pulled it out its saterated with a massive amout of water, does this mean I have a head gasket leak?

ok so i drained the oil pan, except it was mostly coolant and a little bit of oil............sudjestions???? comments??? possible dammage??? ideas on where to go from here????

looks like all my oil got blown out of the heads around the back, probally from the head gaskets the way it looks, i'll try and take some pic.s tommorow
