95 psd running rough at 1500-2500 rpms

hi i need some help with my truck. on 10/31 filled up tank started running rough so i changed fuel filter was a lot of crap on bottom of the fuel bowl. ran ok for 1 week. yesterday it started running rough like it has an intermittent miss really i guess between 1000 and 2500 rpms when its warm it can rev freely to 3500 got a new fuel filter but i dont want to put it on if i dont need it also truck is stock with the exception of diy tymar
