rough cold start

I have 05 F350 W/6.0. Cdes that come up are:
p0266-cyl 2 contrib.
p0272-cyl 4 contrib.
p0401-EGR flow insuff. (i have egr cooler delete kit)
p0611-fuel injector control module perf.
p1378-FICM supply volt. circuit low.

cold starts very rough. I need to let warm up in the morning to about 160 before i start to drive it cause otherwise it will cut out until temp gets to about 185 while driving. where would i start to look with this info?

does it still run rough after 185 deg.? clear codes and run a key on engine running test. if codes come back i would probably replace injectors 2&4
