Truck sputters and dies

I have a 2001 F-250 powerstroke that dies at random times. It doesn't matter what the conditions are it will just die. The truck sputters and dies. Sometimes the lights on the dash (WTS, SES, ABS, ect.) will flicker with key on before turning over. When it does this it won't start at all. I have replaced CPS three times. I completely unhooked my Edge juice with attitude. The codes that i have are P0603 & P0676. I had the #6 glow plug replaced last week. Most of the time i just wait a couple of minutes and then it will start and run fine. Sometimes it will run good for a week and sometimes for a few minutes before it decides to shut off again. Please help it is getting very frustrating.

look at the main harness on the driver side that feeds the injectors, i had a 99 mason dump do the same thing and it turned out to be a chaffed harness causeing engine to run on one bank and die.
