Help

96 F250 7.3 powerstroke.... Acts as if it is running out of fuel. Looses power then shuts down. Machanic said oil cooler was leaking, and fixed it, then said it was the catalytic converter was clogged, and now he say's it has two bad injectors. I don't want to keep sinking money into quess work buy the machanic, could two bad injectors cause it to run this way.
