no power

for two months now i've had my 6. oh no, with no power at all whatsoever giving me bad mileage and accident scares and a horrifying thought of an empty bank account. i had taken it in once earlier this month for a diagnosis to find a problem. they told me the #5 injector was 20% open. so the $100 deductible i paid them along with my $150 injector didn't fix my problem. but my injectors are good!! whoopdydoo. so i briought it in again. paid the 100 again. and they wanted to test the hpo rails, cost: $470. did it fix it? no but now i know my oil rails and injectors aren't leaking. whoopdy doo.. im not sure what to do or whats wrong. it takes a long start hot all the sudden too. i had an sct on it. worked great. and it wont even smoke now(btw i dont like smoking) which is great but i know something is wrong when i dont see it. usually when it is cold it has better power. rarely if i let fuel pressure build up it will give a little sign of power. i.e. if i am 90% throttle and let off to about 60% i can hear a power difference.
please help thank you all. i usually return the favor of experience
