Check the fuel pressure. It may be getting fuel. Check the fuel heater fuse. It may be shorted.

are the injectors easy to prime on the powerstroke?
My dodge is real easy. Iknow, everytime my wife runns it too low on fuel and goes uphill, I get to do this

Check fuse # 22 in the power distribution box.

# 22 is ok, but # 18 was bad. not sure of that yet. IS there any chance air got into the lines?

Did you fill the fuel housing before trying to start? If you did, it should have started and maybe cut off after a few srconds, but it should have ran.
