cps bolt 911

i need serious help i have to change my cps and i attempted this this afternoon and sure as sh!t the bolt strips on the first turn. so i tried again from differnt bite and same thing. need my truck for Monday morning also tried a pair of needle nose vise grips but to no avail also used some pb blaster on it. the truck is a 96 f250 4x4

Could you try touse a chisle to spin it loose or atleast get a few flat spots in it. Also maybe a file to get flat spots and some good vise grips.
