Hesitation when turbo psi is above 10.

I have an 05 F350 for about 5 months now, and ever since I have had it, it has been having this hesitation, or quiver when the turbo is above 10 psi, usually running about 60-70 mph. I noticed today that is is getting worse. My first thought is turbo, but now I don't know. I replaced the fuel filters and changed the oil and no help. If it is an injector, is there a way to see which one is bad after taking them all out? And how difficult is it to do so? Thanks for any help in advance.
