2003 6.0 - shop says it needs a new glow plug relay - how hard is it to...?

Two questions:

1. Where is it located?

2. How hard is to replace (what's involved in replacing it)?

I have to know very soon so I can know whether to do it myself or pay the guy!

Thanks,
DT

Passenger side valve cover. There is a black connector and a green connector plugged into it. Replacement should be self-evident once you see where the part is located.
