97 no start

So yesterday we, after 2 weeks have the injectors rebuilt... diy stage one. It was running great, with a edge evo on race. Headed out for about a 40 mile trip, made it there just fine. decided to remove edge to try stock, running through the steps on the edge.... All of a sudden before unloading it came up with communication error. now the truck wont start, glow plug light does not work and the pcm relay clicks. From what i have found as of now, the glow plug relay has power to it but does not put out power. The ecm relay if i apply a new ground to the white with black tracer wire it quits clicking, still no start. ALL FUSES are GOOD.
any help would be appreciated

Im having this exact same problem with my 97 with the exact same scenario. did you find something wrong or someone have any advice?
