6.0 Blowing antifreeze

I have a 2006 F350. I've added a turbo back exhaust, cold air box and an Edge Evolution tuner. I tow a 11,000 lb 5th wheel in #2 Tow mode and I've had nothing but problems from my 6.0.

I've replaced the oil cooler, EGR cooler (new one from Neal Technologies),replaced the Bottle & Cap and have had the head gasket replaced and I am STILL blowing antifreeze when towing up a steep grade and now I have light puffs of smoke from the exhaust.

What do I try next?

Question

Have you tried a different edge tune? Like say, an economy tune? How are your EGT's when towing your trailer?

The engine temperture will peak at 220F and the EGTs will run between 1100-1200F on average. I've hit 1250F for a second or two, but I immediately let off.

I had ARP head bolts installed when the head gasket was replaced. I was told that the heads did not need machined.

head on back and tell them its puking again and you want the heads replaced or take it to a machine shop yourself and deck it

thats what i did with mine...unless they find another problem that is causing it to puke

I would do the cooler delete kit and get rid of the edge tunes.

The dealership is looking at it on Monday.

If I do a cooler delete kit I've read that the check engine light stays on. Is that true?
