6.0 diesel return line from radiator broke!!need help!!!!!!!
i have an 03 f250 6.0 just had my ficm box replaced. and when they were working on it they broke the *****et off. its the one on the top drivers side of radiator its plastic niple that sticks out. the hose is about 1/4 inch hose pretty small. when the truck is running and warms up it starts leaking at the radiator.there is not any pressure behind it i can put my finger over the hole and it doesnt seem to be pressurized at all. is there a way to bypass this or will it hurt not to bhe hooked up. the hose runs back up to the coolant tank on firewall. any ideas silicone ,jb weld, opoxy anything? really dont want to spend anymore money this week!!! please help

Did A shop perform this work, if so, they need to replace the radiator. That line degasses the radiator tank and must be installed. unfortunatly you need a radiator, you could try to epoxy it to get you by for a short period, But due to the many cooling system issues on the 6.0, I would not trust it for very long, Sorry dude.
