Need help!! Xcal3 won't download tunes!!

I need to race a stock mustang GT today.... but I can't get my computer to recognize my Xcal3. I've installed X3LW Updater from SCT's website today, but it still wont work. I also wasn't able to find any drivers, but I'm not 100% sure they're needed?

Hardware:
XCal 3 purchased less than 6 months ago
F350 waiting to blow the doors off of a mustang.

Thanks!
Cal

I tried that... but they're not open on Sundays. I'm really just looking for a walk through so that I can confirm I was doing everything correctly.

Did you download the right one from SCT website. I was doing the wrong one and mine would work either. I had to download the download software program. They did say you have to do the update one if your SCTX3 was from before like July 25th I beleive

Send a message via AIM to Abrannan19
try this:
If you get a failed to load bulk data or failed to write data or not a valid SCT device message, you will need to follow these steps:
If a Tuner was plugged in before the software was installed it may be necessary to install the drivers manually. A sign of this is if you see Errors coming up when trying to use the functions of the X3/Livewire Updater. “Failed to Write Data” "Connect Livewire" or others.

To Check this out, have the tuner plugged in.

Click on Start/
Then Right Click on My Computer/
Then Hit Properties/
When the System Properties Window Opens Up Click on the Hardware Tab/
Then Click on the Device Manager Button.

Within the Device Manager list, we are looking for an item with a Yellow Exclamation Mark. It may say LIVEWIRE, UPGRADE LOADER, UNKNOWN DEVICE or others.

Right click on the item that has the Yellow Mark on it, and then click on Update Driver.

This will open the FOUND NEW HARDWARE WIZARD. Let it search automatically and install the drivers.

NOTE: This will only work if the software has been installed.
