HELP HELP HELP

ok i replaced #7 injector today, i got it all put back together and it ran perfect for about an hour, went to go eat and truck died on interstate, it started up but knocked a little and blew white smoke out even when it was just bein turned over, i got it home, broke everything back down and put it back together to check for any mistakes, but now truck wont even turn over it just makes a loud clunk noise and wont turn over

It could be ur ficm or high pressure oil pump. and injectors.

Can you rotate it by hand? Maybe it hydrolocked with antifreeze and thats what the white smoke was.

1 the white smoke was poor fuel supply.

2. It makes that clunk noise because it is hydro locked.

Pull the valve cover back off. Pull the glow plug for cylinder 7. Attempt to turn it over. I bet you get a bunch of oil to come out of the glow plug hole. Keep turning over the engine until no more oil comes out of the glow plug hole.

Then put the glow plug back in. Then put it back together leaving the valve cover off. Start the truck up. Let it run for a while.

The white smoke should clear up after awhile. Now when you put the new injector in I hope you used new O-rings as well as a new copper washer.

thanks for the help, as soon as work lets off ill do just that, im keepin my fingers crossed, thanks for the help, ill let u know how she turns out....i really hate driving around a chevy z71

ok i did as u said to do and nothing but pure diesel blew out of that hole but the truck did turn over, put the glow plug back and nothing changed?
