95 powerstroke won t idle down

put in a new pcm and now the truck won t idle down from high rpm s it will run rough for a few seconds before it will idle

yes but the truck is a early 95 and the pcm is from a late 95 will it make a diff

Did ya make sure the PCM is the same model as in the ID# for example mine is a PMT2.
