The pump just has an O ring on it that should not be able to pull out. I would think that is a seal that a previous owner may have dropped in the valley and never was able to figure out where he lost it. You would be surprised what you will find in there. JJ

I hope so! I dont know where its exactly leaking from but Im pulling my Filter Bowl (well its pulled) and replacing all o-rings, and pulling my FPR and going to clean them up and put new hoses in and hope it fixes it. Im tempted to through a fuel pump in it just to be safe but not 100% sure on that yet.

Well what did you find out? I put a new fuel filter in and the rubber oring got rolled, the only time it would leak was under a load, it leaked of the back of the block onto the clutch and the clutch started to slip, took me a few min to fig it out. Good luck..

Nothing yet but so far it looks as if I had/have possibly 2-3 places leaking.
