2005 6.0 Injector problems

Guys I hope someone can help, I have a 2005 F250 with 230k miles my problems started after changing fuel filters, took the truck on a long trip and the truck just died on the road like it run out of fuel, took the top fuel filter cap off and it was bone dry!! my pump was real hot and truck would not start, the pump was not lifting diesel to the engine. after a wile when the pump cool down it started pumping again and it started. so the next day I got a new hfcm and installed it and the problem with the pump was fixed, now my truck is runing like crap and im getting the codes p0261, p0270, p0276, p0279 and p0266 WTF is going on truck runs but is acting up really bad. if someone has any suggestions please let me know.

I have remplased the FICM, IPR, EGR, HPOP fitting, Alternator, crank and cam shaft.

Thanks Guys!!!

I got all of those low voltage codes when my FICM went bad.... the truck would also start very hard, and was down on power. I don't know of any way to test them, but that may be a good starting point.
