Diesel tech please help

95% sure one or more injector cups have failed in my 02 7.3. Diesel is in the coolant. I've been researching causes and cavitation is the only one I can imagine. I have had the truck about a year and has never been overheated. Coolant condition before I had this problem is unkown and previous maintanence is unknown as I bought the truck with 125,000 mi and I have only put 20,000 mi on it. I read up on cavitation and am now worried about my head gaskets, cylinder walls, water pump, front cover, etc. also being damaged. I guess what I'm asking is should I just replace the injector cups, flush the cooling system and ride on? Or is now the time for a decent overhaul including all the stuff I mentioned above and maybe more? I have 4 more years of payments left on the truck and WAS planning on keeping it forever, now this has me debating on trading it in. It will be a tough decision for me either way but I would really appreciate some helpful advice on what you may do if you were in this situation...
