Exclamation NEED HELP ASAP, NO OTHER TRANSPORTATION!!!

Hi,
I need help with codes. I have had tons of problems w/this truck's electrical. I have a new fuse/GEM panel, its just not installed yet.
All (most) of the codes below were caught by doing the "test on board systems"
I have no MIL/SES light, which leads me to believe something more is going on with the fuse panel then just my one touch relay having no power to it.
I'm having issues with the truck acting like it's starving for fuel, ESPECIALLY under load. I haven't done a fuel pressure test yet.
The truck has 182k on it, & 2 weeks ago, it was running perfect. Di a oil change about 1000 miles ago, tranny was serviced 2 weeks ago, I originally thought it was a suspension/tranny problem, I had my rotors turned, & things somewhat improved, but now, I think theres a whole lot more going on. It almost seemed like I could feel a vibration under my feet, but no one in the vehicle could feel it. Then as the problem got worse, others could feel it, barely, at least until it got bad, then I wasn't so "crazy".
I have also felt like it was a throttle problem, as it is slow to respond.
I did KOEO, KOER, Cylinder contribution test, & injector buzz test
P0476 Exhaust Pressure Control Valve Range/Performance

P0565 Cruise Control ON Signal Error
P0566 Cruise Control RESUME Signal Error
P0567 Cruise Control RESUME Signal Error
P0568 Cruise Control SET Signal Error
P0569 Cruise Control COAST Signal Error
P0284 Cylinder 8 Contribution/Balance Fault
P0220 Throttle Position Sensor/Switch B Circuit Error
P0571 Cruise Control/Brake Switch A Circuit Fail
P0703 Brake Switch B Circuit Error
P1536 Parking Brake Applied Failure
P1780 TCS Circuit Out of self Test Range[/b]
these are codes that come up every time I search for DTC's
B1203 Fuel Sender Circuit Short to Battery-Msg Ctr
B1352 Ignition Key-in Circuit Failure - Instr Clstr
B1871 Pass Air Bag Deactivate Fault - RCM--(per AE) disable module fault I think I turned it off
B1884 PAD Warning Lamp Inoperative---or AE: " " circuit failure
P0500 Vehicle Speed Sensor (VSS) Error -- per AE (sensor A)

previous codes,

C1200 ABS inlet valve coil LF circuit short to battery
C1223 lamp brake warning output circuit failure (I 'thought' it was cargo bulb)
B1450 Wiper Wash/delay switch circuit failure
B1428 Lamp seat belt circuit failure

__________________________________________________ ____
manifold absolute pressure 12.7 PSI
injector control pressure Volts .19
exhaust back pressure-volts .73 V
Vehicle power voltage 12.3 V
desired engine RPM--0.00
fuel pulse width #1---0.00
fuel injector pulse width---0.00 ms
volume fuel desired 9.7mm3 at idle

after clearing codes the continuous codes are:
GEM/Central timer--- , B1352
Airbag---B1871, B1884
Overhead trip computer----P0500
AND with KOER---P0476

I have no vehicle, as I will not drive it like this.

ANY CLUES????

thanks,
Laurie

could the wastegate, (that has been sticking off & on) be the cause of this????

Wastgate has nothing to do with this. with that code list its hard to say without seeing the truck in person. Can you check fuel pressure?

Yep, sucks too, cuz the closest Ford dealer is 35 miles & there are NO mechanics in my area who do diesels. I have a mechanic who helps me by letting me use his lift & strength, but I have to tell him what I need done.
He'll be by in a bit w/a pressure gauge.

I know this may be a shot in the dark but I read a thread last week where a cruise control wire chaffing against the steering column shorts out. Somewhat of a common problem with Ford Powerstrokes. From the look of some of your codes you may also want to look for chaffed ignition wiring inside and around your steering column. Sure couldn't hurt to get all of your visual inspections out of the way before changing anymore parts.

help again,...............please

This is sooooooooooooooooo much fun.

Anyone want to drive to Cali to figure out my truck? Or at least tell me other ways to fix this. I have had 3, !! YES 3!!! mechanics out here to check my trucks fuel pressure. What a joke. NONE of them have an adapter to fit my truck......the 1 yesturday was asked as nicely as I could, to go away. He dropped a wrench on my alternator
I have found that the wastegate is toast. new one coming.
BUT, the fuel issue is still there, not at idle, only under load. What can I disconnect or check or ??????? until the pressure gauge I ordered gets here?
I have the AE & it only shows the P0476 now. I also need to know what to do about the GEM I have to install. I think I read somewhere that it needs to be "programmed"" to my truck? (gotta find that article)
I'm afraid to let anyone touch this truck at this point. The guy yesturday was shocked at how much I knew & I was shocked at how little he knew!!!

I realize this is tough to do online, but ask me ?'s & I can either tell you what I have found or can go find out.
Its been almost 3 weeks at home, I'm running out of $$$ to fix this as I'm supposed to be moving.
It was running great, I still think it has something plugged up as it took 3 weeks to get to where I won't drive it.

thanks ..................................................

hopefully

oh yeah, I ordered the orings from Dieselorings & did the regulator, it was fine though. I have the whole 'mechanics kit' in case I need to tear more things apart.

Are you anywhere near Reading. A friend of a friend works for a diesel performance shop there. He might be able to help.

no, I'm in the foothills outside of placerville,.
Can anyone tell me what EXACTLY I need to test the fuel pressure? which port etc along w/a CHEAP gauge? I'm so frustrated w/the mechanics around here. the one who helps me is NOT a diesel mechanic & his special ex-Ford employee who knows F250's is NOT HELPING!!! Just trying to get me to sell the AE to him! WHich I have to keep so I can keep everyone honest.

I DON'T work on anything without help from you guys!!! I RESEARCH every single system I can before I dive into a repair. I do have a HUGE Ford disc with diagnostic routines etc, but it is so big & hard to navigate unless I know where to start.
too complicate things, I live on a hill At this point I'm tempted to drain my fuel & check the tank for restriction. Its the only thing I know I can do. I have the heart to do this, just not the knowledge without YOUR HELP!!!
I call anyone & discuss the problem & the "mechanic" I have help me, has ZERO problems with me telling him what to do based on your recommendations.
PLEASE HELP!!! I need to go to the dump....................really bad
