Angry WHERE ARE YOU WHEN I NEED YOU ?

YOUR PRODUCT DISABLED MY 04' 6.0L PSD. I TOOK RESPONSIBILITY UNTIL I TOOK IT TO FORD($155.00 THAT I PAID) AND THEY SAID MY PCM WAS FRIED. ($1374.00 I'VE YET TO PAY). YOU GUYS WERE NICE AND SAID YOU WOULD FULLY BACK YOUR PRODUCT AND DO EVERYTHING FOR ME IF I PLAYED BY YOUR RULES. I SENT YOU MY PCM($55.00 FREIGHT THAT I PAID) AND YOU LEARNED IT WAS INDEED DEAD AND AGREED YOUR PRODUCT MAY DISABLE MY PCM, BUT ISN'T SUPPOSED TO KILL IT. YOU AGREED IT WASN'T MY FAULT. I'M STUCK WITH ALMOST $2000 IN REPAIR, A WHOLE IN MY MANIFOLD,PLUS A USELESS EDGE EVOLUTION AND MY TRUCK HAS BEEN DOWN OVER A WEEK AND PROBABLY WILL BE FOR A WHILE SINCE YOU'VE ABANDONED ME. WHY WONT YOU BACK YOUR PRODUCT UP AND REPLACE MY PCM? I'M A HARD WORKIN GUY THAT SAVED HIS MONEY AND CHOSE YOUR COMPANY OVER DOZENS OF OTHERS. Edge evolution is garbage!!

I have the same issue about 3 weeks ago the edge froze up and wiped my computer clean had to have it towed and reprogrammed back to stock at the dealership this was the 2nd and last time.I am very disappointed in there product and would never recommend these to anyone also had a problem when I first bought it with the EGT sensor was a dead short and the whole setup would not work but I have to say that EDGE stood behind there product upon the initial purchase but I now have a almost $400 P.O.S. sitting on my workbench less then a year later!
