Great customer support from EDGE!
Just wanted to pass on a positive experience that I had with Edge customer support.
I bought a used edge insight CTS off the internet a couple months ago and it worked great with no issues. Well Wednesday, July 31st, 2013. I had a new windshield installed in the truck. While the monitor was out of the truck I decided to update it. Fair enough. Well something went wrong with the update and the unit would not power on or do anything at all.
The next day I called Edge, told them the story (also that I didn't buy the product brand new), and they said "Send it in! We'll take care of it" So Friday morning I went to the post office and sent it away. Monday, the 5th of August, I got an email at around 10 am stating that the unti was being sent back and should be here by the 8th!
Sure enough, it was and everything worked again!
I think that it is great that edge took care of me, even though I didn't buy the unit brand new. Thank you very much EDGE!
