I updated this afternoon, using the Fusion software loaded on my laptop. Just open up Fusion, it will prompt you to plug in the device, and it takes over. All you have to do is click OK and wait a bit for it to update.
If you have a problem with it updating, you may have to contact Edge for some help. When I first got my insight two years ago, it wouldn't show all the PID's even after updating, so I called Edge, they had me plug it in while I was on the phone with them and they ended up having to change something with my account or how it updated or something like that. Ever since then, no problems maan

One of new PID's I discovered today was Main FICM INJ Power. I have no idea what this is, but what I do know is that once I started the truck it threw this PID right into alarm at 49.7. The alarm set point was defaulted at 250. To get it out of alarm, I had to turn the alarm set point down below where the PID was at with the truck running. I called EDGE with curiosity as to what this PID is. At first the guy thought it was just my FICM output, and when I explained no, thats another PID, he replied...then I don't know what it is, let me get another person involved. Basically came up with no answer, they opened a case, and sent me another update to alleviate the "bug". I tried updating again, it did something, but I don't know what, and then said call customer support. By that time it was too late, holiday weekend, we'll see what next week brings. Til then its working on FICM TUNING and ECM ROLLBACK
