Edge Insight issues
I purchased an Insight about three weeks ago, and I have had an issue with the unit. I have to disconnect the OBDII connector about every third or fourth time I start the truck. The unit will not power on if I do not. I am posting hoping someone out there has seen this or has had similar issues. I emailed Edge a little over a week ago, but have not seen any kind of reply. Also curious if anyone has a contact at Edge to try and get the (Beta?) firmware release allowing my late build 04 to read some of the PID's that the 05 and up crowd get on their Insights

I'm having a similar issue that just started today. I couldnt get it to power on in the truck at all. I brought it inside and started the fusion software. It powered on, updated, everything seemed normal except I couldnt see anything on the screen. Took it back out to the truck and now I can see its on but cant see a thing on the screen. Please help.
