Powermax Relearn

I just installed a Powermax on my 03 6.0. Dealer said the turbo will not successfully complete the relearn procedure with the Edge Juice module hooked up. He left it unhooked.

I hooked up the module when i got it back from the dealer and took it for a drive. Goes great when RPMs are high. Absolutely to response from turbo at low RPMs. Obviously vanes are not functioning. Edge says to get a hold of Garret, it is not the module. Anybody else heard of this issue?

I would do your self a favor and just get ride of the edge products all together...

Any suggestions? Still need it to be a tow tool. Not looking to build a race truck. Liked the Edge because of engine / Tranny protection. TC lock ups in 3rd, 4th & 5th in tow mode. You have any suggestions? I am new to this performance diesel thing.

The PowerMax needs custom tunes to rid of the lag on the bottom end.

Sell the Edge on eBay, and get an SCT w/ Custom Tunes.

Edge is the one of the worst for your tranny/engine....
