07 6.0l with edge programer. wont crank.

I was messing with the edge programer trying to turn up the level of power, the screan had me cycle the key, on then off. After that the truck wouldn't crank. I put the tranny in neutral trying to rule out the neutral safety switch. Neither park nor neutral will make it crank. All the fuses are good and i swaped out a few relays as well. Everything was running fine and it never had any problems starting or cranking slow. I tryed to return the setting back to stock and unplug the programer all together. Nothing helps. Its the boss's truck and he's back from vacation on monday night, Any help would be greatly appreciated or else iam getting fired.
