Will the EBPV from the E99 exchange with 99.5-03. My brother has a late model turbo and I would like to do the EBPV delete on my E99 with as little downtime as possible. Thanks

You are wanting to put his turbo in your truck? If that's what you are going for, then you need the turbo, pedistal, up pipes and collector, spyder pipe w/boots, and plenums on the heads.
If you just want to gut the EBPV, pull the turbo and git 'r done. Otherwise, just unplug it to keep it from closing.
