growl

Maybe someone else has had this.I have an intermittent growl coming from the front end.When I hit a bump in the road it will come and next bump go away.I'm not sure if it is hub because there isn't any squeal.I don't know what do you guys think?

Jack up the truck just high enough to get a big pry bar under the tire and pry up. You'll need to have a helper check the ball joints and the hub a 1/4" of play in the hub means it's bad. You can also tell if it's the hub by spinning the tire if the hubs bad it'll catch and be hard to turn in spots.
